Richmond Behavioral Health Authority's (RBHA) Crisis Intervention provides 24-hour emergency services, information, referral and triage for outpatient services for individuals located in the City of Richmond. Crisis clinicians will be available to discuss and respond to service needs. Persons seeking services from outside the City of Richmond will be linked to the Crisis Intervention program or to the Community Services Board serving the locality in which they are located or they reside.
Persons already receiving services at RBHA may contact Crisis Intervention around-the-clock for assistance in support of WRAP Plans and Treatment Plans when the agency is closed or when they are not able to reach their RBHA service providers. Qualified behavioral health professionals are on-duty 24-hours/7-days a week by telephone and by mobile outreach to assist persons seeking access to services for treatment of mental health, substance use and developmental disabilities.
