Who We Are
Richmond Behavioral Health Behavioral Health Services Case Management (CM) services assist children and adolescents under the age of 18 with serious emotional disturbances or those at risk of serious emotional disturbance and their families. Case managers help consumers access medical, psychiatric, social, emotional, vocational and other supports essential to meeting their basic needs in order to improve or enhance their functioning in the community.
Specific components of case management services include assessing clinical needs, designing individualized service plans to address the identified needs, referring and linking to related specific service providers, monitoring the provision and effectiveness of these services, assisting the family to redesign the service plan as needed and supporting the child and family throughout this process.
