Skilled Nursing Care

Southwest Virginia Home Health Care employs Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN).  Nurses provide assessment, observation, management and monitoring of disease processes.  Nurses also assist the physician in developing an individualized plan of care that meets the patient's specific needs.  Services provided include:
