Skilled Nursing Facility, Dillwyn

Heritage Hall in Dillwyn is a 60 bed intermediate and skilled care nursing home.  The mission is to provide essential health service to maintain wellness, as well as providing restorative and rehabilitation services to improve quality of life. Other services include Alzheimer's/dementia care. This facility is fully accessible for people with disabilities. Both private and semi-private rooms are available. 

Professional services include 24 hour nursing care, speech, physical and occupational therapy, clinical psychology, psychiatry, podiatry and nutrition.

Transportation is provided to social, recreational and medical appointments. Other services include meals on-site, hairstylist on-site, and support groups.
