Who We Are
Concordia Group, Inc. provides a comprehensive and cost effective health care alternative that allows patients to remain in the comfort of their own homes. Concordia is licensed as a home health agency by the state of Virginia to provide Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, companions, and live-ins. Registered Nursing staff will review each patient's needs and coordinate with the patient's family and physician as needed, developing a care plan that meets the patients individual requirements. Concordia is locally owned and has staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
