Who We Are
Lighthouse Healthcare offers skilled nursing and rehab care, private home care, LPS's, CNA's and companions. Common services include stroke aftercare and rehab; orthopedic care following hip or knee surgery; diabetes management; medication management; Chronic disease management; wound care and more. Nurse on call 24 hours a day.
Physical, speech or occupational therapy, medical social services or home health aide ads are also available.
Skilled care is covered by Medicare for eligible beneficiaries. Traditional Medicare Part A covers 100% for skilled home health care for homebound clients. For hourly companion or personal care, (not usually covered by Medicare) is usually arranged for and paid privately. The homebound criteria does not apply for private duty home care services.
Service area includes towns of Mt. Vernon, Burke, McLean, Reston, Great Falls, Springfield, Annandale, Herndon, Woodbridge, Dumfries, Lorton, Dale City, Quantico and Triangle.
