Who We Are
Johnson Center at Falcons Landing provides skilled nursing care. Falcons Landing is a Continuing Care Retirement Community owned and operated by the Air Force Retired Officers Community. The Johnson Center offers nursing and skilled nursing care. Long-term and short-term care is provided. Nurses are on duty 24 hours per day, seven days per week to provide medical care. Restorative nursing after an illness, injury, stroke, or surgery is available, as well as pain management, IV therapy, and wound care.
Rehab services, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech, and language therapy are provided.
