Rehabilitation services is available to adults and geriatric patients and consists of three components: (l) Central Rehabilitation Services (CRS) which concentrates on patients developing the readiness and motivation to participate in life roles; (2) Occupational Therapy which focuses on the patient-environment fit, including functional capacity, safety and well-being; and (3) Recreational Therapy which enables patients to achieve a higher quality of life by developing the skills and supports to participate in chosen life pursuits.

According to a report by the Virginia Department of Health's Center for Quality Health Care Services and Consumer Protection, Division of Acute Care Services, this is a Certified Psychiatric Hospital.
