Who We Are

New Horizons Healthcare is a Community Health Center which is a nonprofit private corporation located in a medically underserved area to provide comprehensive primary health care to anyone seeking care. In addition to treating individual patients, a health center emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention for entire communities.

A Community Health Center does not deny anyone primary health care services. All community residents have equal access regardless of ability to pay, geographic location or residence, culture, age, sex, or religion.

The office is closed every day from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM for lunch. Behavioral Health hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Pharmacy hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM. No prescriptions are filled from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM.

Intake Process
Call to see if an appointment is required. Open Access offers same-day, walk-in, non-emergency, medical care on Monday thru Saturday. All are welcome including New Horizons patients and non-patients, insured and uninsured. Same-day appointments can be made to reduce wait time by calling (540) 362-0360.
