Who We Are
Konnarock Family Health Center offers family health care for children, adolescents, adults, women's health, and geriatric care. Also available are assistance in obtaining medicine, EKG and laboratory services, patient education, and behavioral counseling. Behavioral health counseling services are offered one day per week by a licensed professional counselor.
A Community Health Center is a non-profit private corporation located in a medically underserved area to provide comprehensive primary health care to anyone seeking care. All community residents have equal access regardless of ability to pay, geographic locations/residence, culture, age, sex, or religion. The sliding fee scale is available to patients with no insurance and who qualify.
The mission of Stone Mountain Health Services is to promote and provide quality primary health care that is accessible, affordable, and community-based for the people of Southwest Virginia.
