Skilled Nursing Care

James River Convalescent and  Rehabilitation Center is a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation facility providing 24 hour nursing care with RN's, LPN/, CNA/s and state board licensed nursing home administrator on staff. Meals, hairstylist/barber, support groups on site. Transportation to organized social outings and activities available. Skilled care is for long term or short term. If patient qualifies, Medicare or other insurance carriers may provide up to l00 days of Skilled Care per benefit period. There are licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists on site.  Capacity is 180 beds.
