Skilled Nursing, Health Care Center

Lucy Corr offers a Health Care Center.  The on-site fully licensed skilled nursing facility accommodates short-term or long-term stays. Priority is given to residents of Lucy Corr but if space permits, members of the community can be admitted. Capacity is 24 beds.   Professional nursing staff is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. An individualized care plan is developed. Wellness and self-esteem are promoted through programs and activities designed to advanced residents to their highest physical function.



Services include pain management, fall prevention, therapeutic diets, IV therapy, enteral feeding, X-ray services, rehabilitative services, restorative nursing services and hospice services.

If there is a waiting list at the time of application, the responsible party must update/renew the application every 90 days.



Lucy Corr also has a 48 bed secure memory care unit.
