Who We Are
Housing Opportunities Made Equal of Virginia (HOME) offers financial assistance (down payment assistance or assistance with closing costs) for qualifying first time home buyers in the City of Richmond and Chesterfield County.
Applicants receive pre-purchase counseling and must meet other eligibility criteria. Program includes funds for required full house inspection, down payment, and closing costs. HOME, Inc does not offer rental or mortgage financial assistance.
