Charles City County Health Department, part of the Chickahominy Health District, offers a variety of services and programs concerning immunizations, communicable diseases, health screenings, women's health, emergency preparedness, environmental health, and more.  These services are available for residents of Charles City County.



Applications for voter registration are available at this office. Assistance in completing the form is provided if requested. Completed forms are then given to the County Registrar on a regular basis.
