Who We Are

The Flora Krause Casey Health Center (Casey Health Center) of the Alexander City Health Department houses services provided by both the Alexandria Health Department and the Alexandria Neighborhood Health Services.



This location offers nutrition services/WIC (Women, Infant, and Children) and a pharmacy.  Alexandria Neighborhood Health Services offers comprehensive primary care to adults with chronic or acute illnesses.
