Primary Care, Concierge Medicine

Novamed Associates offers concierge medicine.  Services include physical exams, evaluation of falls, geriatric assessment, cognitive assessment, ADL and IADL assessment, medication assessment (prescription and over-the-counter), functional assessment, osteoporosis evaluation, screening for elder abuse and domestic violence, and testing for memory loss. There is a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant on staff. 

Offers a membership practice that provides a more personal and convenient healthcare experience. 

Translation services are available; non-English languages spoken in Office are Spanish and Turkish
