Commonwealth Primary Care's services include complete physical exams, women's health services, work physical exams, geriatric care, sports medicine, cholesterol management, smoking cessation, blood pressure management, immunizations, minor surgical procedures, x-ray services, DEXA scans, and laboratory service.



Formerly known as four separate practices, Family Physicians, Henrico Internists, Huguenot Primary Care and Richmond Primary Care before services were consolidated into Commonwealth Primary Care.
