Rio Hill Apartments offers independent living with two and three bedroom units. Rent includes cold water, sewage and trash pick-up. 24 hour emergency maintenance service, full size washer and dryer and more. Cat friendly; lap dogs ok.
Minimum and maximum income limits apply. Deposits must be in the form of Cashiers Check or Money Order. The Deposits are accepted only after you have been approved and an apartment has been assigned to you.
