Continuing Care Home Health Services offers skilled nursing care.

 

Skilled Nursing: nursing care and health care teaching for family and caregiver, including teaching for medication, wound care, diabetic care, IV therapy and respiratory/cardiac assessment; wound care, ostomy care; infusion services, catheter changes and preventive care.



Home Health Aides provide personal hygiene, nutritional support and environmental maintenance under the supervision of an RN.



Call for information about Physical, Speech or Occupational therapy services.



Private Duty nursing services can be provided in hospitals, nursing homes or in the client's home. Services are tailored to meet individual needs and can range from 2 hours to 24 hours a day.
