Who We Are

The Lewinsville Adult Day Health Care Program is designed to provide daycare to frail elderly and adults with disabilities who need a supervised setting during the day due to changes in their cognitive and/or functional abilities. The program provides health monitoring by a Registered Nurse, therapeutic activities designed by a Certified Recreation Therapist, which include field trips and entertainment, assistance with personal care, and nutritious meals and snacks. Nonambulatory participants are welcomed. Capacity is 45.



 Transportation is available by FASTRAN. 

The centers are licensed by Virginia Department of Social Services. Member of the Virginia Adult Day Services Association (VADSA).
