Skilled Nursing Care

Centra Southside Community Hospital Home Care Services provide in-home care services to patients by licensed or certified healthcare professionals working in conjunction with the physician, patient and/or family to achieve established goals of care. Home Care Services provide a wide range of healthcare services to patients through periodic home visits. The scope of services include skilled nursing, IV therapy, physician therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, medical social services, home health aides, and consultation services with pharmacists, dietitians, and other health care experts.



Care is delivered in the patient's place of residence under the order and care of a physician.  Services are provided to those in need regardless of age, sex, race, or religion.
