New Kent County Department of Social Services can determine Cardinal Care Medicaid eligibility.  Cardinal Care Medicaid or Medical Assistance Program (Cardinal Care Medicaid) provides medical care for public assistance recipients and medically needy persons, i.e, persons of low income who can meet their maintenance needs but have insufficient income to provide the cost of medical care.

Determines eligibility for Cardinal Care Medicaid program which pays for medical expenses of AFDC recipients, the permanently disabled, the blind, pregnant women, children and the elderly.
