The City of Danville's Community Development offers housing and neighborhood revitalization programs, including housing rehabilitation loans, low interest loans for down payment of home and emergency repair.
Homeowner Rehabilitation Program: Low or no interest loans are available to assist eligible homeowners with necessary housing rehabilitation.
Emergency Repair: Deferred loans (no interest, no monthly payment) are available for emergency repairs to owner-occupied houses. The house must be covered by home owners insurance and taxes must be current.
