Short Stay Care is the perfect solution for seniors who are being discharged from a hospital or nursing home, but are not quite ready to go home; or for caregivers who could use a break.
Short Stay Care residents live in one of the fully furnished apartments with private baths for a few days, a weekend, a month, or even longer. During this time, the staff attends to their personal needs, from help with activities of daily living to medication management as needed. A wide range of social activities to help residents stay active and make new friends is available.
