Who We Are
The Sibley Memorial Hospital operates a Level II Emergency Department that is open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Emergency department has 13 private rooms and capacity to expand. Accredited by the Joint commission on Accreditation of Healthcare organizations. It is staffed with dedicated physicians, nurses, physician assistants, clinical associates and support personnel whose primary goal is to ensure superb care in an expeditious manner. The Department is divided into two areas. Major treatment area has 15 beds and is open 24/7. The separate Fast Track area for more minor complaints has 5 treatment areas and is open from 11 am to 11 pm daily.
American Sign Language. Maintains a language bank of interpreters for other languages.
