Parkwood Apartments offers one and two bedroom apartments for independent living. Total number of units is 221; number of accessible or modified units is 6. Location of accessible units is 1st floor.



Parkwood Apartments participates in the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. This program insures that the apartments in this community remain at rents affordable for moderate to low-income households. Eligibility for occupancy in our community is determined according to both the qualification requirements for Parkwood and the qualification requirements for the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Prospective residents must meet both qualification criteria.
