Who We Are
The Henrico County Division of Fire offers help to County citizens who cannot afford a smoke alarm. The program ensures that a home has at least one working smoke alarm on each level of the home. If you do not have a smoke alarm or cannot keep an alarm working, please call the office.
The program also provides for smoke alarm checks. The checks and installation of smoke alarms are normally done Monday through Friday, 8:30 am until 4:30 am.
Other services available are education programs, demos, safety checks, and resources for older citizens under the EngAge program
