Who We Are

Project: Homes offers a home repair program.  The home repair program provides moderate to major home rehab services so homeowners can age in place. The repairs focus on a home's infrastructure and typically feature repairing or replacing roofs, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems, and fixing structural problems leading to health and safety hazards.

The home repair program improves the housing condition of the low-income, elderly and disabled people in the Greater Richmond area through repairs that improve the quality of their homes and their lives.

Age eligibility, waiting list, program year varies by locality. Please call for specific information. Clients have the opportunity but no requirement to make a financial contribution toward the cost of materials used. Project Homes, formerly ElderHomes Corporation, is a non-profit corporation formed by the Capital Area Agency on Aging in 1992.
