Who We Are

The Springs Nursing Center is a 60-bed rehabilitation and nursing home nestled in the mountains of western Virginia, in Hot Springs. Our Administrator, Director of Nursing and Rehabilitation Manager have 50 combined years of experience. We have a home-like environment staffed with loving and caring healthcare professionals to meet the medical, social, and emotional needs of our residents.



We offer physical, occupational and speech therapies for those who need rehabilitative services. At The Springs a dietary staff that is proud of the home-cooked meals they prepare each day for our residents and families. We take regular field trips on our bus, including attending annual local events like the Maple Festival in Highland County. We also have regular pet therapy visits, and our own aviary.

Intake Process
Upon receiving a referral, the documentation received is taken to the following for approval: Director of Nursing, Therapy Department, Administrator, and our facility physician. After each of them have agreed to accept, the patient will be contacted immediately.
