The old Douglass School has been converted into 32 one-bedroom apartments and 9 two bedroom apartments. Income restrictions apply. Section 8 vouchers are accepted. Application fee is $25 per adult household member.
Features include trash removal service, garbage disposal, on-site management, pre-wired for cable in every bedroom and living room, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living rooms, energy-efficient heat pumps, frost-free refrigerator, no-wax vinyl floor in kitchen and baths, wall-to-wall carpet, large walk-in closets, stove and dishwasher.
Community amenities: community room, online computers with printer, exercising equipment, planned social and recreational activities, reading area, library, craft room and senior recognition program.
