Who We Are
Leisure Park Towers is a HUD subsidized Section 8 property offering one and two bedroom apartments for the elderly and individuals with a disability. We are a 150 unit, high-rise building located in the heart of Bristol, VA. The property consists of 141 one-bedroom units and 9 two-bedroom units of which 18 are retrofitted for disabled residents.
Utilities provided with the exception of cable and telephone. 24-hour Resident Manager, coin laundry, telesensory machine, city bus service at the door with free bus tokens for residents without transportation, on-site parking and within walking distance of the Library, park and downtown Bristol, Virginia.
Some of the activities residents look forward to include a pot luck dinner twice a month, Bingo every Monday, prayer meetings bi-weekly and a local farmer's market weekly. English is the main language. If needed, we have access to interpreters and materials in other languages.
Rent is based on income. Payment can be HUD subsidy or private pay.
