Who We Are
The Cambridge House in Sullivan County, is a 130-bed skilled nursing facility serving the tri-city area of Bristol Tennessee. Provides short and long-term medical and rehabilitation care for residents only. The following levels of care are offered:
Skilled Nursing Care: short and long-term rehabilitative services as well as convalescent nursing care to the acutely ill.
Supportive Nursing Care - 24 hour nursing assistance with medications, treatments, maintenance therapies, activities of daily living and more.
Respite Care - 24 hour monitoring by nursing care staff while resident's family is away from home.
Adult Day Care services - monitoring and medical care to residents who are not acutely ill but need assistance with activities of daily living, recreation, social programs, medication administration and diet regime. Pay source for this service is Private pay/State Medicaid Waiver program.
