Who We Are
Under the Community Based Independent Placement program, individuals with disabilities are assisted with resume development, interviewing skills and actual placement assistance. Travel training, employable behavior training, as well as support throughout the term of employment is provided.
Provides assistance to match individuals to competitive jobs with local employers. These individuals are employees of the organization where they are placed. Pre-independent is a service that provides the daily support of an Employment Specialist during times that have been identified as crucial and for the remainder of the day the natural site support is utilized.
