Emergency Medical Care

Inova's  Franconia/Springfield stand-alone Emergency Care Center can handle any emergency for which you might otherwise go to a hospital emergency room. Inova ECCs provide state-of-the-art diagnostic testing, treatment facilities and laboratory services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No appointment is necessary.



Offers treatment for: chest pain; burns; lacerations; sprains and broken bones; acute abdominal pain; work related injury or trauma; acute asthma; severe allergic reactions; rashes, insect bites, bee stings.



On site services include: audiometry; blood and other laboratory testing; diagnostic x-rays; EKG and Spectrometry testing; alcohol and drug testing; worker's compensation filing. If necessary, provides ambulance transport to Inova Fairfax and Inova Fair Oaks Hospitals.
