Who We Are
The Orange County Free Clinic is an all-volunteer based organization that provides primary medical care to residents of Orange County, VA who are uninsured or under-insured and have incomes at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty level.
Primary health care is provided, including:
- Some x-rays and lab tests
- Limited dental services (extractions only)
- Generic medications and insulin through Orange Pharmacy or Wilderness Pharmacy with a $2.00 charge for each prescription filled.
- Brand name medications can be ordered through the Medication Assistance Program, which has a separate enrollment on-site. Medications can be shipped to the patient's home or to the Free Clinic
Please call for more information about services provided. Services provided by the Health Department, such as birth control, immunizations and screening for sexually transmitted diseases are not offered.

Clinic hours are: Monday-Thursday 9:00am - 2:00 pm by appointment only; Tuesday evenings walk-in clinic from 3:00pm - 5:00 pm.
