Who We Are
The Emergency Home Repair Program improves housing conditions and opportunities for low and very low-income Virginians. The program provides funds to remove imminent health and safety hazards, and/or barriers to habitability in their homes. Eligible repairs can include plumbing, structural, electrical, roofing, wheelchair ramps, and handicapped accessible appliances.
In the Home Repair Program, the Housing Partnerships utilizes volunteer labor and local contributions to make emergency home repairs for low-income homeowners in its three jurisdiction service area.
