Who We Are
Shockoe Hill Apartments is HUD-subsidized housing for the elderly, disabled, and handicapped. The rent is adjusted to approximately 30% of your monthly income. Staff will provide an application and help with completion and answer any questions.
There are studio and one-bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms, central heat and ac. Laundry facilities is in each building. There is 24 hour emergency maintenance.
