Who We Are
Hanover County Community Services Board provide case management services which provide support and assistance with the concrete needs of individuals with mental health or substance abuse problems. If eligible, a client is assigned a case manager to oversee and monitor their service plan. In many instances, the case manager provides the client direct assistance with a range of service needs. Case management services may be provided in the office, in the client's home, or in the community.
