Who We Are
Mental Health Support Services can be provided to individuals living in their own homes or apartments. In-home support provides training in, or reinforcement of, functional skills and appropriate behavior related to the individual's health and safety within the activities of daily living. These services also provide community resources, medication management, and health monitoring so that individuals can acquire the skills, knowledge, and help they need to function as independently as possible in a residential setting.
