Mental Health Residential Programs

The Mental Health Residential Services Program offers a wide range of options designed to enable individuals to maintain community stability in the most appropriate and least restrictive environment.

Turning Point is a six-bed residential program for adults with serious mental illness who need supervised care 24 hours a day. Residents enjoy a home-like setting where they live and work together as a family. Each individual is responsible for some aspect of the daily management of the home. Residents learn to manage their illness and activities of daily living while preparing for the transition to housing with less supervision.

Belroi Apartments provide a residential setting for individuals who have a mental illness or dual diagnosis (mental illness and substance use disorder) and are capable of living independently with minimum supervision.
