Who We Are

At Region Ten Community Services Board's (RATCSB) Horizon House offers psychosocial rehabilitation for individuals  recovering from the impact of behavioral health disorders. Together with staff, members design a plan to achieve personal recovery. This service offers a supportive environment where members take part in recovery-oriented activities, including learning to work in ways that reinforce personal achievement, empowerment and increasing psychological and social skill development. The program's opportunities and recovery-inducing work reinforce the individual's clinical treatments and other psychiatric rehabilitation and supports.
