At Dickenson County Behavioral Services, the Attic offers a dual service to the community and people with intellectual disabilities. Not only does it provide limited employment opportunities for individuals from the Adult Developmental Day Program, but it also offers the community the opportunity to purchase quality second-hand merchandise at an extremely low cost. The Attic accepts donations of used clothing and other items and then cleans and reconditions them so that these items may be useful once again.
