Who We Are
Page Free Clinic offers free medical care to individuals who do not have health insurance. The Page Free Clinic provides a "medical home" to adults with acute and chronic illnesses needing routine medical supervision and medications. Volunteer physicians provide this care during scheduled clinics. Office Visits are every Tuesday 4-7 pm. Services include:
- basic lab work
- prescription assistance program
- diabetes support
- personalized exercise programs
- women's health program
- behavioral health programs
- dental services
- testing for HIV and HEP-C

Walk-in; first come, first served. Bring proof of income - food stamp verification letter, proof of child/alimony support, federal tax returns, social security statement with the amount you receive or copies of your SSA check, or unemployment checks
