Recovery Plan: Eating Disorders, Drug Addiction, Sexual Assault

Transformations Center for Recovery provides recovery resources to those in out-patient treatment. Recovery services include consultations, development of personalized recovery plans, support groups and presentations. Development of a personalized recovery plan will help each client fill in the gaps of their outpatient treatment. Transformation's recovery coach will guide the client through process by helping him/her find the suitable treatment professionals and support network, will serve as a 24-hour sponsor and will help the client perform routine tasks as needed, such as clothing shopping or food preparation.



Types of Recovery include eating disorders, addictive exercise, cancer, addition for alcohol or sex or drugs, sexual assault or trauma.
