Who We Are
NAMI Connection is a recovery support group program for adults living with mental illness. The program is a place that offers respect, understanding, encouragement, and hope. Each group meets to share the challenges and successes of coping with mental illness.
The group meets on Mondays from 7 pm until 8:30 pm for 90 minutes once a week at no charge. The format is flexible without an educational format and does not recommend or endorse medications or other medical therapies. Groups are confidential and open to all adults with mental illness, regardless of diagnosis.
