Supportive In-Home Services, Mental Health

Provides support in the home for adults living in their own home and/or with family members.  Services are based on the needs of the individual. These services may include training and support necessary for the person to maintain personal care, social skills, healthy relationships and complete independent living tasks. Supported Home Living also helps develop and improve community living skills.



Services are provided in the client’s home and community for 1 to 10 hours or more per week.
