Enhabit Home Health (formerly Encompass Home Health) offers skilled nursing services in your home.  Nurses will assist you in managing a variety of medical needs on a part-time basis while you are at home.  Services can include but are not limited to chronic disease management, medication management, wound care, pain management, catheter care and management, post-surgical care, IV therapy and injections, venipuncture, enteral nutrition, ostomy care, nutritional support, anti-coagulation therapy monitoring, etc.  



Other services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aide, and medical social work.

Enhabit Home Health and Hospice (formerly Encompass Home Health) provides skilled and personal services in the residence of clients to assist in maintaining their health. Some of the services available are post-hospital care, stroke and cardiac care, medication management, orthopedic care, respiratory care, diabetic care, Alzheimer's and dementia care, and wound care. Hospice care is also provided.
