Family Medicine

Dr. Schreiner's specialties are Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.  Dr. Giordano's specialty is Internal Medicine.  They provide primary care and  treatment of illness and injury, as well as promoting wellness, to people regardless of age or sex.  The practice also places a strong emphasis on the primary medical care for the elderly. 



Services for the elderly include assessment, medication (prescription and over-the-counter) assessment, physical examination, nutritional and diet review, functional assessment, evaluation of falls, osteoporosis evaluation, evaluation and management of incontinence, checking for sensory impairment, hearing impairment, vision impairment, depression, memory loss, anxiety; elder abuse screening and home care services.
