Community Day Program Respite, Developmental Disabilities

Katie's Place offers respite services to caregivers of individuals with developmental disabilities in the form of day support.  A specific daily schedule will be dependent upon a number of factors including the time of year, weather and number of participants. Each day should include activities from each of the following categories: gardening, cooking, cleaning, volunteering and community outings. A hallmark of Katie’s Place is the community partner volunteer program, where participants help local nonprofits with much-needed tasks and in return, learn valuable job skills.
