Family Medicine, Five Springs Office

Five Springs Office of Charlottesville Family Medicine provides medical care for the entire family.  Services can include asthma education, diabetes teaching, EKG, gynecology, hearing and vision testing, hypertension education, immunizations, laboratory testing, nutritional and weight loss counseling and more.



Senior Assessment provides geriatric, cognitive, ADL/IADL, functional and medication assessments and checks for vision and hearing loss, memory loss, depression, anxiety, elder abuse/domestic violence and evaluates for incontinence, osteoporosis, and fall risk.



This practice specializes in geriatrics, women's health, family care and pediatrics. Approximately 75% of this practice is devoted to people over the age of 60. Doctors have admitting privileges with Martha Jefferson Hospital.
